Bob McFadden is our Principal Broker/Co-Owner and has been in real estate practice since 1991. Bob is a Past President of the Mid-Columbia Association of Realtors and has served on statewide committees for the Oregon Association of Realtors. Bob believes that you can\\\'t show people how much you know until you show them how much you care. That is why Bob has been so active in the community: Served on the Board of Directors and is a Past President for The Dalles Lions Club. Past President of The Dalles Rotary Club. Past member of the Wasco County Handicap Advisory Board, current Vice President of The Dalles Sister Cities Association, past elected member of The Dalles City Council, and the board of Mid-Columbia Fire and Rescue. Bob is now an elected commissioner for the Port of The Dalles. Bob is a Graduate of the Oregon Realtor Institute. |

Maria "Kris" McFadden

Kris McFadden is a Co-Owner and practiced real estate from 1993 until 2008. She was presented the Good Citizen Award in 2000 by the Mid-Columbia Association of Realtors for her outstanding service as Past President and current active member of The Dalles Sister Cities Association, past board member of The Dalles Area Habitat for Humanity, Past President of The Dalles Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors and other civic activities. Kris is an avid videographer and editor with experience documenting events in the Mid-Columbia area for the past 18 years. She has taken this avocation and opened Mid-Columbia Video Studio where she is keeping very busy. She is also a licensed respite care provider in Oregon, a Fair Housing Trainer and is also a Graduate of the Oregon Realtor Institute. Bob and Kris have been married for over 30 years and counting. |
 Lana Atkins

Lana Atkins is a Broker for Golden Key and agraduate of Pro Schools. She is a member of the Fort Dalles Riders club and active in the 4-H program. Lana owns a boarding kennel where she specializes in personal care for a variety of animals from cats and dogs to horses and just about everything in between. Lana is a native of The Dalles and has a lot of knowledge of our area. Lana has three children who attend Dufur school district and are active in Scouting, 4-H and the Fort Dalles Riders club. Family interests center around rural living and animals. Her caring nature in the above activities translates into her committment to the clients she deals with.
